On November 19th, the MBA Luxury Brand Management, Food and Wine students went to Bourgogne for a wine tour in order to learn about the Grands Crus de Bourgogne.
During the study tour, they visited the Domaine de Creusefond and its famous cave of the 18th century where 9 crus had been tasted, half red/half white with the owners of the domains. The students also went along the Road of the “Grands Vins” passing by Meursault. In the afternoon, a reception and a “Royal Henri IV Lunch” was organized at The Chateau de Rosey, where the students were received by the Chatelain who offered them a Cremant de Bourgogne and Gougeres.
The wine tour ended with the Hospices de Beaune visit as well as the Romanée-Conti and Chateau de Clos Vougeot guided tour.
